Sadie Amara Calvano hails from America and is known as the actress who played Violet Plunkett, in CBS"sitting show Mom. As a California resident, Calvano was initially interested in competitive gymnastics. In the end, however, Calvano chose to pursue acting as a profession. Her first appearance on screen was in 2010, in an Episode of CBS's 'NCIS. One year later her debut big screen appearance came in the biographical crime production J Edgar. She is now one of today's most promising actors in recent times. She was awarded an award nomination to the Young Artist Award, Best Performance by an Actor in the Younger Years of Actress in a Television Series for her part in the show "NCIS". In 2013 she was also nominated for another Young Artist Award for her appearance as a guest on Disney XD's comedy series 'Kickin' It'. Calvano played the lead role in Mom's first three seasons, and was also a guest on several occasions throughout the fourth. She was awarded the Gracie Allen Award in 2015 for the Best Female Actor - Rising Star, thanks to her role in the show 'Mom'.
